RFR, Kushner Secure Extension for $480M Dumbo Heights Loan 

RFR and Kushner Companies have secured a 4-year extension on the $480 million loan for Dumbo Heights, a 750,000-square-foot mixed-use campus in Brooklyn. Additionally, they have modified WeWork’s lease at 77 Sands Street, keeping the coworking firm a key tenant.  

Dumbo Heights, located between the Manhattan and Brooklyn Bridges, includes 55 Prospect Street, 81 Prospect Street, 117 Adams Street, and 77 Sands Street. Major tenants include Etsy and Brooklyn Laboratory Charter Schools.  

The site offers retail experiences such as health and wellness spaces, dining, and lifestyle options. Cushman & Wakefield’s Remy Liebersohn, Jason Kroeger, and Robert Lowe are the exclusive leasing agents.
