Monday Properties Appoints Kenny Marines SVP of Asset Management

Monday Properties has appointed Kenny Marines as senior vice president of Asset Management. Marines, with over two decades of experience in commercial real estate, joins Monday Properties with a strong background in delivering value across diverse asset classes. 

Marines will lead the development of business and operational strategies for Monday Properties’ commercial office and multifamily portfolios. His responsibilities will include overseeing lease-up, operational and marketing strategies for multifamily projects, analyzing portfolio performance, directing capital improvement projects, and supporting acquisition efforts through due diligence and assessment of new business opportunities. 

Marines previously held leadership roles at RXR Realty and Tishman Speyer, where he developed asset management platforms and executed strategic business plans. “Given his proven history of leadership and a track record spanning decades in delivering value across diverse asset classes, Kenny will be a key player during our next phase of growth at Monday Properties,” said Anthony Westreich, Founding and Managing Partner at Monday Properties.
