NAIOP NJ Gala Unveils Deal of the Year
NAIOP New Jersey’s 37th Annual Commercial Real Estate Awards Gala recognized industry leaders and impactful transactions shaping New Jersey’s real estate landscape. Steven Denholtz, CEO of Denholtz Properties, received the Charles Klatskin Lifetime Achievement Award, while former NAIOP NJ CEO Michael G. McGuinness was honored with the Industry Service Award. Bethann Rooney of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey and CSG Law received the Impact Award, and Mayor Daniel J. Reiman of Carteret was awarded the Caren S. Franzini Public Partner Award.
The event also highlighted outstanding deals of 2024, including the Bank of America lease at Newport Tower, Jersey City, for Office Deal of the Year; the Harborside Portfolio $524 million sale, Jersey City, for Mixed-Use Deal of the Year; and the Central 9 Logistics Park, Old Bridge, for Industrial Deal of the Year. These transactions showcase innovative strategies and significant contributions to the state’s commercial real estate sector.
