Cushman & Wakefield Arranges Two Midtown Leases Totaling 20K SF 

Cushman & Wakefield has arranged two long-term leases at 600 Lexington Avenue in Plaza District, totaling 20,805 square feet. Professional Capital Management signed a new 8,318-square-foot lease, while GLC Advisors renewed their 12,487-square-foot lease.  

Representing the landlord, Lex NY Equities LLC, were Cushman & Wakefield’s Harry F. Blair, Connor Daugstrup, and Bianca DiMauro. Vantage RE’s Danny Volk and Mikaela Seegers represented Professional Capital Management, and JLL’s Daniel Posy and Jason Roberts represented GLC Advisors. 

600 Lexington Avenue is a 36-story, 305,472-square-foot office building that features amenities including a 24-hour fitness center, yoga studio, conferencing center, tenant lounge with a golf simulator, and private terraces. “The landlord has curated a premier office experience at the property, offering a variety of state-of-the-art amenities. Coupled with its excellent accessibility, 600 Lexington Avenue is an ideal fit for companies looking to prioritize wellness for their employees,” said Blair.
