Knott Realty Breaks Ground on 300K-SF Baltimore Business Community

Knott Realty Group has commenced the final phase of its Yellow Brick Road business community in Rossville, Baltimore County, with the development of two industrial buildings totaling approximately 276,000 square feet. Set for completion in Q2 2025, the park will exceed one million square feet across nine buildings.

The new single-story structures, 9107 and 9114 Yellow Brick Road, will feature 32-foot ceiling heights, ESFR sprinklers, high-bay LED lighting, and extensive dock and drive-in doors, suitable for light manufacturing and logistics. Nearby amenities include Walmart, Target, and various dining options.

“The greater Baltimore metropolitan region continues to attract large-scale industrial/warehouse users, and our team is proceeding with this next-phase speculative development with tremendous confidence,” stated Taylor Fields, Knott Realty Group’s Vice President of Leasing.
