Co-Living Spaces Open in Wynwood

Related Group and W5 Group have officially kicked off leasing and move-ins for i5 Wynwood, a nine-story co-living community at 51 NW 28th Street. i5 Wynwood features 217 fully furnished, private suites with amenities starting in the $1,500s, less than the cost of leasing a comparable, unfurnished studio apartment in the Wynwood, Downtown, and Brickell neighborhoods.

Each of i5 Wynwood’s suites provides each resident with a private bedroom and bathroom, as well as a shared living room, dining room, and kitchen. Tenants can choose from three or four-bedroom apartments, all fully furnished with queen beds, dining tables and chairs, leather sofas, coffee tables and wall-mounted flat-screen TVs. Rental rates begin at $1,580 per private bedroom suite and include the use of all communal spaces.

i5 Wynwood amenities feature a rooftop pool, cabanas, picnic tables, a grilling station, a fitness center, an outdoor yoga lawn, an entertainment space with a sound system, and a game room with ping pong and lounge seating.
