Trumark Closes Escrow on Danville Site for Townhome Development

Trumark Homes has closed escrow on approximately seven acres of the 17-acre Borel property located at Fostoria Way and Camino Ramon in Danville. After more than two years of planning and entitlement, and nearly 15 years vacancy, construction on the property is expected to begin by year-end 2024.

Plans include a 124-unit market-rate townhome development on just over seven acres of the northern portion of the property. The remaining 10 acres will be preserved and transformed by the East Bay Regional Park District into an agricultural learning park.

“I am proud of the dedication and discernment our team put forth throughout this process,” said Tony Bosowski, Northern California division president at Trumark.  “Working closely with the City of Danville, the East Bay Regional Park District and other members of the community, they saw the project through to closing.”
