Avison Young Lists Tribeca Warehouse-to-Office Property

Avison Young has listed 53 Beach Street in Tribeca, a 43,799-square-foot, seven-story boutique office building originally built in 1915 as an industrial warehouse. The property, which features a new penthouse addition and rooftop deck, offers 150 feet of wraparound frontage at Beach Street and Collister Street.

The property has undergone a renovation, including an interior overhaul, cellar excavation, and new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Representing the owners are James Nelson, Charles Kingsley, David Shalom, and Alexandra Marolda from Avison Young’s NYC office. The building, offered vacant, has flexible zoning for office or residential use.

“TriBeCa is the executive hub for live, work, and play and is well known for its historic charm and iconic streetscape, which continues to drive interest for companies looking for right-sized properties where they can operate with autonomy and create a unique corporate home. This is an exceptional opportunity for owner-occupiers looking for a full-building headquarters space,” said Nelson.
