Accordia Taps JLL’s Frank Recine as Principal
Frank D. Recine, a former JLL executive managing director, has joined New Jersey-based Accordia (formerly Accordia Realty Ventures) as principal, bringing over two decades of real estate expertise. Recine has negotiated 14 million square feet and $3 billion in lease transactions. He co-founded GTL Construction of NJ.
Prior to joining JLL, Recine spent 13 years at Newmark. Over the span of his career, Recine handled tenant representation including Ferrari North America, DHL, Gucci, Yang Ming Shipping, The RealReal, Fresenius Medical, WebMD, among others.
