Romano Law Moves HQ to One Battery Park Plaza

Romano Law is set to relocate and expand its New York City headquarters, more than doubling its current space. The law firm has leased 8,335 square feet at Rudin’s One Battery Park Plaza for 11 years and six months, with an asking rent of $56 per square foot.

This move comes as Romano’s current location at 55 Broad Street is being converted to residential space by new owners Silverstein Properties and Metro Loft Developers. Romano has already moved to a temporary space at One Battery Park Plaza and plans to occupy its new headquarters in the fall.

Rudin handled the deal in-house, while Cresa’s Bert Rosenblatt brokered it for Romano. Other companies, such as Curtis + Ginsberg Architects, are also staying with Rudin amidst the transition at 55 Broad Street.
