Odyssey Retail Advisors Steers Rebranding of Magnificent Mile

Magnificent Mile, Chicago’s famed commercial district with retail shopping, historic landmarks, restaurants, and hotels, is undergoing a significant revitalization. Odyssey Retail Advisors, a retail real estate advisory firm, has helped steer this transformation through The Shops at Tribune Tower.

The iconic retail location is now being rebranded as “The Tower District,” marking a new era for the gateway to one of the world’s most prominent high-street shopping avenues. Odyssey Retail Advisors has been tapped to lead the leasing efforts at The Shops at Tribune Tower. Current tenants and retailers include A. Lange & Söhne, Blue Bottle Coffee and Museum of Ice Cream.

A hallmark feature of the building is the unique incorporation of 150 artifacts sourced from significant global architectural sites, like the Colosseum, along with elements from natural landscapes such as Yellowstone Park – all encompassed within the structure’s Gothic facade. Mag Mile’s revamp is part of revitalization efforts across the city, such as the LaSalle Street Reimagined project.
