Stuf Storage Opens Two New Locations in BK

Stuf, a self-storage solution, has opened two new locations in Brooklyn at 485 Clermont Ave and 550 5th Ave. These facilities offer tech-enabled self-storage options to local businesses and consumers. Stuf partners with property owners to convert underutilized spaces like basements and garages into storage units, creating rental opportunities for landlords and providing storage solutions for the community.

The 485 Clermont Ave location offers 180 storage units ranging from 3×4 feet to 12×20 feet, serving residents, families, and small businesses in Prospect Heights and Clinton Hill. At 550 5th Ave, Stuf has transformed underutilized basement retail space into storage, offering Park Slope families and small businesses access to secure storage units.

Stuf operates nearly 30 locations across seven major metro cities, focusing on properties in locations for accessibility. Each location is designed, installed, and operated by Stuf, utilizing proprietary management software, IoT, and AI tools.
