King Street Properties Secures Loan for Devens Industrial Building

King Street Properties has secured a construction loan for 75 Jackson Road, an addition to its Pathway Devens campus in Devens, MA. The new building will provide 210,000 square feet of manufacturing space, joining tenants like Electric Hydrogen, Azzur Group, and Ascend Elements. First Citizens Bank and Berkshire Bank provided the financing.

“Devens has become a destination for the true drivers of the economy here in Massachusetts. The confidence in this market, the growth of the advanced manufacturing sector and the demand for GMP space are all reasons we are able to secure a loan for this project,” says Tyson Reynoso, King Street managing director & partner.

Construction is set to begin soon, with completion expected in Q3 2025. This will be King Street Properties’ fourth advanced manufacturing building at Pathway Devens.
