Burgess Moves to Flagship Office at 540 Madison Avenue  

Burgess, a leading luxury superyacht agency, has moved to a new 16,000-square-foot office at 540 Madison Avenue in Midtown. The company relocated from the Upper East Side to the Plaza District in April. 

“540 Madison Avenue epitomizes the sophistication and prestige of the Plaza District. Its location is convenient for our clients to meet privately with our brokers,” said Matt Emerson, Senior Partner and Director, America, Burgess.  

The building, acquired by Divco West in 2019, features a two-story amenity center, the “Water Tower Lounge,” offering flexible meeting spaces, private shower facilities, food and beverage service, and an outdoor terrace. Other tenants in the building include Bang & Olufsen, Grand Seiko Flagship Boutique, Pantzer Properties, and Banco Itau.
