Kimco Expands WA Tenant Leases Across Five Retail Centers

Kimco Realty is adding nine new tenants across five shopping centers throughout the state of Washington. The new retail locations include Holiday China, Sushi Omiya, Sam Income Tax, Magikid Robotics Lab at Marketplace at Factoria.

The Marketplace at Factoria is a shopping destination in the suburban Seattle community of Bellevue. The shopping center includes an open-air exterior shopping complex connected by an interior shopping center as well as more than 50 top retailers and restaurants.

Additionally, Kimco signed a lease for a Taco Bell at Pavilions Centre, an Emerald City Smoothie at Gateway Shopping Center, a Bath & Body Works and a Boot Barn at Franklin Park Shopping Center, and a Boot Barn at South Hill Center.
