  • Chicago’s Wright Heerema Architects appointed Kimberlyn de Buhr as the firm’s new Director of Business Development. With a background in tenant representation brokerage and marketing, de Buhr brings valuable real estate insights to the architectural and interior design firm. Previously, de Buhr served as senior vice president with Transwestern’s Tenant Advisory + Workplace Solutions group in Chicago.
  • Buckingham Companies, a fully integrated real estate investment firm, promoted Kristie Arnst to Executive Vice President. Arnst is a multifamily veteran with experience in all facets of real estate investment, including investor relations, asset management, property management, marketing and sales. Arnst will lead the further development of Buckingham’s leadership team, the vertical integration of its portfolio, and the company’s growth alongside its institutional real estate investors and third-party clients.
  • Nancy Kozinski, Chief Operating Officer of ML Realty Partners, announced that Ben Salomone has been promoted to senior asset manager. Salomone will oversee all day-to-day asset operations and third-party property management for ML Realty Partners in both the Chicagoland and Dallas-Fort Worth markets.
  • Principle Construction recently completed several facility renovations for Veolia Water Technologies HPD Plainfield Offices, an evaporation and crystallization company. The principal team worked with Veolia to source products both locally and from Europe for the design of its 42,000-square-foot space. Interior and exterior renovations were completed on both the headquarters office building and the Research & Development building at Veolia’s Plainfield campus. Archideas, Inc. designed the new space.
