Rexford Divests South Bay Asset for $10M

NAI Capital Commercial EVP Dave Maron completed the sale of a 38,584-square-foot industrial warehouse in Gardena. Maron represented seller Rexford Industrial Realty. The buyer was an LLC that paid $10,225,000 or $265 per square foot.

Located at 15401 S Figueroa St, the freestanding warehouse sits on 70,376 square feet of land in the South Bay industrial submarket. It offers proximity to the 405, 91 and 105 freeways and includes an office area designed to accommodate diverse work requirements.

Maron said, “This was an attractive building which will serve the owner well in this central South Bay industrial hub. The scarcity of industrial buildings in this submarket combined with the property’s location, made this unique asset very desirable. Dave added, “We continue to see tremendous interest from owner/users for quality industrial real estate.”
