Nuveen JV Acquires Industrial Park in Central San Diego

Colliers arranged the sale of 7949 Stromesa Ct., a 107,564-square-foot multi-tenant industrial building located in the Miramar submarket of San Diego. The buyer was a joint venture team, Birtcher Anderson & Davis and Nuveen, that purchased the asset for $26,500,000.

EVP Evan McDonald and senior associate Kurtis Blanchard of Colliers represented the JV. Dean Asaro of Kidder Mathews represented the undisclosed seller.

“Great execution by the Birtcher & Nuveen team,” said McDonald. “7949 Stromesa Ct. is one of the most desirable multi-tenant industrial assets in Central San Diego from both a tenant and landlord perspective. The unique bay size and functionality complement the demand in the central San Diego marketplace.”

The single-story industrial park was 95% leased to 12 tenants at the time of sale. Situated on a 5.35-acre lot, 7949 Stromesa Ct. is centrally located in Miramar.
