Friedman Real Estate Completes Office, Retail Leases in MI

Friedman Real Estate, a privately held full-service commercial real estate firm, recently closed on several transactions in Michigan.

Friedman’s Andrew J. Bower, Steve Eisenshtadt, and Kevin George completed a new lease for 35,000 square feet of office space located at One Campus Martius in Detroit. Friedman represented the landlord in the transaction. Located in downtown Detroit, the 17-floor building has 1,088,000 square feet of office space as well as a restaurant, retail, and office space.

Additionally, Friedman’s Joel Kestenberg completed a new lease for 4,324 square feet of retail space located at 253-257 Haggerty Road in Commerce Township. Friedman Real Estate represented the tenant.
