Anita Paryani-Rice Returns to IPA Capital Markets in LA

IPA Capital Markets, a division of Marcus & Millichap, said industry veteran Anita Paryani-Rice has rejoined the firm as senior managing director in its Los Angeles office. Consistently a top producer with IPA for more than 15 years, Paryani-Rice has closed more than $5 billion in transactions over the course of her career.

Specializing in multifamily, retail, office and industrial properties, Paryani-Rice maintains strong relationships with domestic and foreign capital sources, including commercial banks, life insurance companies, the CMBS market, debt funds and agency lenders. She will report to John Manning, head of production for the firm’s Western Region.
