Bluestar Direct Expands Lease at Hillsborough Industrial Complex
Bluestar Direct has expanded its lease with Larken Associates at Hillsborough Business Center in Hillsborough, N.J., adding 13,500 square feet to accommodate the wholesaler’s growth.
Bluestar Direct has been a tenant at the center since 2020 and previously expanded from a 1,500-square-foot unit to a 5,000-square-foot space in 2021. With this latest expansion, Bluestar Direct will occupy all of Building 21 at the center, utilizing the additional space for roasting, packaging, and general office needs.
Victor Kelly of Raider Realty represented Larken Associates in the transaction. Hillsborough Business Center, a flex industrial/warehouse center, is currently fully leased.
