Yes SF Coalition, Red Bay Coffee to Share Space at Swig’s 220 Montgomery
The Swig Company finalized a new lease with the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce as part of a space-sharing arrangement at 220 Montgomery St. involving the Chamber’s Yes SF initiative and Oakland-based Red Bay Coffee. Yes SF is a coalition of public and private groups focused on promoting urban renewal and sustainability in downtown San Francisco.
Yes SF will co-occupy a 4,800-square-foot ground-floor space at 220 Montgomery, also known as the Mills Building. The space was previously occupied by illycaffe. Within this space, Red Bay will operate a high-end coffee shop. Additionally, Yes SF will have its offices there.
“We’re excited to support the city in aligning with efforts to reinvigorate downtown by providing space to makers and entrepreneurs,” said Stacia Keisner, VP of asset management, The Swig Company. “This creative solution takes us a step further by reactivating a key corner of downtown, supporting sustainability and introducing two valued tenants to the community within 220 Montgomery,”
