Larken Associates Arranges 13K-SF NJ Lease Expansion
Larken Associates has arranged a 13,500-square-foot lease expansion with Bluestar Direct, LLC at Hillsborough Business Center in Hillsborough, N.J. Bluestar Direct, a wholesaler of premium nuts, raisins, seeds, spices, and dried fruits, has been a tenant since 2020 and recently recognized the need for more space.
With this expansion, Bluestar Direct will occupy all of Building 21 at the center, adding roasting, packaging, and office space. Victor Kelly of Raider Realty represented Larken Associates in the transaction.
Hillsborough Business Center, a flex industrial/warehouse center, offers 27 buildings totaling 596,315 square feet, with amenities like 18’-20’ clear ceiling heights, wet system monitoring, and on-site fitness and storage facilities.
