Digital Media Company Puck Relocates to Fidi

Puck, a media company, will relocate to 107 Greenwich St. in the Financial District, owned by Trinity Church Wall Street. Puck, covering power brokers, will occupy the 10,108-square-foot 23rd floor under a long-term lease.

Trinity Church provided a temporary space while completing a turnkey space for a year-end 2024 move-in. Recent leasing momentum includes fintech firms Revolut and Lendbuzz at the property. Completed in 2022, 76 Trinity Pl. offers community resources and office space from the 14th to 26th floors. The 18th floor serves as an amenity center for tenants, including dining, conference rooms, a fitness center, and an outdoor terrace with views.

A JLL agency team led by John Wheeler, Andrew Coe and Margaux Kelleher, oversees leasing at 107 Greenwich on behalf of Trinity. Puck was represented by a team from LSL Advisors that included Eric Siegel, Daniel Lolai and Raphael Zar. The asking rent was $79 per square feet.
