Falls Church Development Adds 400-Unit Apt Building

Hoffman & Associates has unveiled The Alder, an eight-story residential building at 136 West Falls Station Boulevard in West Falls, Virginia. The property adds 400 new residences, blending indoor and outdoor amenities, and retail spaces.

The residences range from studios to two-bedroom units. The building includes 26,000 square feet of amenity space, including fitness centers, lounges, a pet spa, and outdoor areas with a resort-style pool, grilling stations, and seating options. Retail options in West Falls include Honoo Ramen and Bar, Perspire Sauna Studios, Casabella Salon, and more.

“As the city of Falls Church continues to grow and evolve, we are proud to deliver West Falls, the city’s largest development to date, bringing residential, retail, office and hospitality together within one dynamic neighborhood that will serve as a new gateway to the city,” said Shawn Seaman, president of Hoffman & Associates.
