AAA Wholesale Buys NJ Industrial Showroom for $29M

AAA Wholesale has purchased 370 Essex Street, a nearly 170,000 square feet industrial showroom property in Lodi, NJ, for $29.2 million. The wholesale buyer’s warehouse offers a range of products from groceries to food service items. Built in 1968 and renovated in 2020, the property features 790 feet of frontage and is situated in a retail hub between Route 17 and Route 80.

CBRE represented AAA Wholesale in direct negotiations with the seller with a team led by Brian Fiumara, Elli Klapper, Kevin Dudley, Jeremy Wernick, Mark Silverman, Chad Hillyer, Nicholas Klacik, and Kate Granahan.

“The wholesale retailer is a prominent business in the area and wanted to remain, expand and better serve the community. The acquisition of the industrial showroom speaks to AAA Wholesale’s deep commitment to Lodi and its residents,” said Dudley.
