Due Madri to Open Italian Fare Kiosk at 535 Madison
Park Tower Group has announced the addition of a second location for the Due Madri eatery at its 535 Madison Avenue office tower in the Plaza District. Founded by Jocelyn Guest and Erika Nakamura, Due Madri will operate from a kiosk in the public plaza, serving Italian fare for breakfast and lunch on weekdays. The menu will feature fresh pastries, sandwiches, salads, and gluten-free options.
The kiosk is located within the Christie’s Sculpture Garden, an exhibition space showcasing major artwork curated by Christie’s. Park Tower Group worked with LIVunLtd to identify Due Madri as an vendor for the space.
“While the kiosk represents just 150 square feet of actual real estate, it is a unique element of 535 Madison, given that, if done right, it has the power to further enliven the community with a fun and appealing new amenity,” said Park Tower Group president Marian Klein.
