LV Retail Center Owner Procures $22.65M Refi

Agora Realty & Management has obtained a $22.65 million loan to refinance Fiesta Plaza, a 187,346 square foot grocery-anchored retail center in North Las Vegas.

Mark McGovern, Brian Cruz, Morgon Fraser and Colby Matzke with CBRE Capital Markets’ Debt and Structured Finance team in San Diego secured the five-year, fixed-rate loan from a life insurance company.

Tenants include La Bonita Grocery, Conn Appliances, Ross Dress for Less, and El Pollo Loco. CBRE’s McGovern added the plaza’s Conn Appliances store is the company’s top-performing store nationwide.

The center is located at the Northwest corner of Lake Mead Avenue and Civic Center Drive in North Las Vegas. It is approximately seven miles from the Las Vegas Strip and eight miles from Harry Reid International Airport. The property was substantially renovated in 2016 and is currently undergoing additional renovations.
