Dinerstein heads team to build 843-bed Texas A&M housing

Trio Teaming Up on 873-Bed Texas A&M Student Housing Project

The Dinerstein Companies, Up Campus Student Living and Harrison Street Real Estate Partners are building the New Student Housing High-Rise in College Station.

The New Student Housing High-Rise will be located at 100 Church Ave. in the Northgate District, near the Texas A&M University campus. It marks the company’s third development in the area within the past decade.

19 stories high on 1.21 acres, the New Student Housing High-Rise will offer 873 beds in studios to six-bedroom layouts, spanning 400 to 1,900 square feet. Residents can access amenities, including ground-floor retail spaces, a two-story indoor/outdoor fitness center, ample study lounges, a golf and gaming simulator, bike storage, a lounge and two pools at the 8th-floor and penthouse levels.

With Kennedy Wilson serving as the lender, Up Campus Student Living as the co-developer and TDC Construction as the General Contractor, construction on the property is currently underway and is slated to be completed in Summer 2026.
