Rosewood Adding Third Phase of Tobin Estate Apartments

Rosewood Property Company recently started construction on the third phase of The Tobin Estate Apartments community. Located at 3310 Oakwell Court in northeast Alamo Heights, this 10.2-acre property will add new amenities and extend the walking trails to connect the entire campus. Construction is expected to take two years, with the first residences ready to move in by early 2026.

Phase three consists of 265 apartment homes with an additional 94 apartment homes across two four-story buildings with private garages.

The Phase Three buildings will offer studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom options. The average square footage of the studios is 570 square feet, and the three-bedroom will average 1,483 square feet.   

In addition to conditioned corridors, residents will be able to enjoy a pool with cabanas, a resident lounge, a rooftop deck, a dog park, and an indoor and outdoor fitness center.

Provident is the contractor and WDG Architecture is the architect. InterBank provided the construction loan.
