Nicole Brickhouse has joined Continental Realty Corporation (CRC) as director of Capital Markets. With nearly 15 years of experience, she will lead debt strategies and project-level financing for CRC’s portfolio, which includes nearly 8 million square feet of retail and 9,300 apartment units.

Brickhouse previously served as managing director of Capital Markets at Walker & Dunlop, where she originated and oversaw capital market transactions totaling more than $3 billion across nearly 100 deals nationwide. She is actively involved in industry organizations, including the Mortgage Bankers Association and ULI DC.
