Valore Ventures Buys 30K-SF Industrial Facility in Hyattsville

Valore Ventures, a real estate investment and management firm, has acquired a 30,000-square-foot industrial property in Hyattsville, Maryland. The property, located at 5115-5117 Lawrence Place on a 1.4-acre site, is permitted for light manufacturing, warehousing, and distribution. It features 18 ft. clear ceilings, interior and exterior loading docks, and surface parking.

Valore Ventures plans to renovate the property, including new roofing and upgrades, to create a modern warehousing facility for Spacesaver Interiors, a commercial storage and interior solutions company it acquired with Grays Peak Capital in 2022. This acquisition aligns with Valore Ventures’ strategy to invest in operating companies, commercial real estate, and value-add properties.

The transaction was facilitated by KLNB’s Chris Kubler representing Valore Ventures and Paul Hanafin of Berkadia representing the seller, a private family trust.
