Oracle Decides Not to Renew Downtown Bellevue Office Lease

Oracle Corp. is leaving its downtown Bellevue office and has opted not to renew its 50,000-square-foot lease in One Bellevue Center.

The company held more than more than three floors at 411 108th Ave. NE, according to the Puget Sound Business Journal. CBRE now has the listing for the space. Oracle’s exit adds to a wave a of tech giants leaving the local office market, including Microsoft and Google.

Oracle’s decision to give up its Seattle area office may be connected the company’s recent announcement that it was moving its headquarters to Nashville. Oracle founder Larry Ellison announced that the software giant would exit Austin for Nashville with plans for a massive campus and new corporate world headquarters.
