DurstReady Space on Third Avenue Adds Three Leases
The Durst Organization has secured three new leases in its Third Avenue portfolio, totaling 9,387 square feet, under its DurstReady offering.
Elite, a provider of financial management and tech solutions for law firms, leased 5,007 square feet on the 10th floor of 675 Third Avenue. Treo Asset Management, an independent manager of special situations and mature funds, took a 2,246-square-foot space at the same address. Additionally, Three Line Capital Services, LLC, an alternative asset management firm, leased 2,134 square feet on the 19th floor of 733 Third Avenue.
The Durst Organization was represented by Tom Bow, Ashlea Aaron, and Bailey Caliban in these transactions. DurstReady provides fully furnished, wired, and move-in-ready offices ranging from 2,000 to 45,000 square feet.
