Keenan Hughes Joins SJP as VP

SJP Properties has appointed Keenan Hughes as vice president of planning and development. In this role, Hughes will collaborate with CEO and Founder Steve Pozycki on strategic planning initiatives, evaluate new development opportunities, and oversee innovative projects for SJP’s client roster.

“SJP consistently demonstrates an ability to identify transformative opportunities and create innovation ecosystems in downtown environments,” said Hughes. “I am especially pleased to join the SJP team in creating the workplaces of tomorrow in key transit-oriented town centers. I look forward to helping SJP identify additional opportunities to partner with forward-thinking clients, investors, and partners as well as communities committed to developing walkable downtowns where people want to work and live.”

Hughes brings 13 years of experience as a principal at a planning consulting firm, advising government entities and private clients on planning and zoning matters in the tri-state area. Hughes is a licensed Professional Planner in New Jersey.
