Newmark to Market Fall River 900K-SF Industrial Park
Newmark has been appointed exclusive leasing agent for VMD Companies’ 900,000 square foot industrial park, The Campus at Innovation Way in Fall River, MA. Located 1300 Innovation Way, the Class A offering includes four buildings, with Building 1 at 291,200 square feet and Buildings 2, 3, and 4 at 203,800 square feet each.
Newmark’s Ed Jarosz, Rick Schuhwerk, and Michael Malinconico will serve as exclusive leasing agents. The park, suitable for distribution, cold storage, tough tech, and manufacturing, offers flexible floor plates.
“Providing both attractive opportunities and features, such as being able to build 80-foot clear heights and 10,000 amps of power in each building–there is no comparable project on the market today, making it all the more special,” said Jarosz. Featuring 48 tailboard loading docks, 30,000-pound mechanical levelers, and 36-foot clear heights expandable to 80 feet, the project will be ready for occupancy by Q2 2025.
