Endeavor takes role in Northline Leander project

Northline Recruits Endeavor for Retail Project

Northline developers introduced their newest development partner, Endeavor Real Estate Group, during a recent Leander planning meeting. Tynberg, the lead developer of the transforming project, says Endeavor will be responsible for developing 17 acres of commercial retail along the frontage of 183A Toll within the Northline development. The company is behind widely known retail centers such as The Domain and Southpark Meadows in Austin.

Northline is Leander’s new downtown district. From restaurants, retail and residential to offices, a hotel and public gathering spaces, the urban mixed-use community will become the focal point of the community. On 116 acres, plans call for 750,000 square feet of retail, 1.2 million square feet of office space, 175,000 square feet of hotel space and over 2,000 apartments. Medical and senior living projects are also slated.

Situated around Leander’s Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) core, its namesake is derived from its placement at the northernmost end of the MetroRail line.
