Suffolk Downs 475-Unit Resi Building Launches Leasing
The HYM Investment Group, with Cathexis and National Real Estate Advisors, has launched the pre-leasing at Amaya, a residential building at Suffolk Downs in Boston. The 475-unit project will offer 34,000 square feet of amenities and 24,000 square feet of retail, with move-ins starting in June. Suffolk Downs Master Site aims for 10,000 units upon completion, starting with Amaya in Beachmont Square.
Managed by Bozzuto, Amaya features studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units. It’s located 200 feet from the Beachmont Square Blue Line MBTA station, five minutes from Logan Airport, and 10 minutes from Downtown Boston.
Amenities include a 3,000-square-foot fitness center, two courtyards, communal workspaces, an outdoor terrace with a chef’s kitchen, and a game room. Amaya also offers a pet spa, and an in-building parking garage with EV charging. The building is part of Beachmont Square, with 24,000 square feet of retail leased by BLACKLINE Retail Group, offering residents shopping and dining options.
