Vuori Opens Third NYC Location at 120 Fifth Avenue
The Bromley Companies announced that global performance apparel retailer Vuori will open its third New York City location at 120 Fifth Avenue in Union Square. The 4,500-square-foot store will open in Fall 2024, offering everyday essentials inspired by the active California lifestyle.
Vuori joins other retailers and restaurants in Union Square, including Parachute Home, Pandora, and Levain Bakery. The lease was arranged by Ripco Real Estate’s Richard Skulnik and Lindsay Zegans, with Bromley represented by Cushman & Wakefield’s Alan Schmerzler, Sean Moran, and Patrick O’Rourke.
“Our two-building office redevelopment sits at the intersection of health and wellness, and we’re thrilled to welcome Vuori as a part of this ecosystem,” said Bromley CEO Nicholas Haines. “Vuori’s brand intention to blur the lines between different aspects of life is exactly what we’re trying to achieve at our buildings.”
