KBBQ Restaurant Sopo to Open in Midtown

Adams & Company has facilitated the opening of Sopo, a Korean barbecue-themed fast-casual restaurant chain, at 463 Seventh Avenue in Midtown South.

Spanning 3,156 square feet across the ground floor and lower level, the space will offer quick-service dining with seating for approximately 20 patrons. David Levy of Adams & Company represented the landlord, The Arsenal Company LLC, while Kassin Sabagh Realty represented Sopo.

“Having been founded in 2023, 463 Seventh Avenue marks an important step in the growth of Sopo,” said Levy, Principal of Adams & Co. “The Midtown neighborhood is constantly seeing a steady flow of consumers through tourism and the workforce, making it the ideal location for a new fast casual restaurant. We are certain that this location, coupled with Sopo’s innovative concept, will seamlessly result in success for the new brand.”
