Lee & Associates Taps Kristin Rebeck from KLNB

Lee & Associates has hired Kristin Rebeck as senior vice president. With over 17 years of experience in commercial real estate brokerage, Rebeck joins from KLNB, where she served as vice president. Her addition follows Lee & Associates’ recent expansion efforts, including the establishment of a dedicated Mid-Atlantic Retail Sales and Leasing team. Mark Mueller, Glenn Ulick, and Kaitlyn Thomas also joined the team.

With a wealth of experience from her tenure at Edge, The Tenant Agency, and Cresa, Rebeck specializes in commercial office, office/flex, and industrial/warehouse properties across the greater Washington, D.C., and suburban Maryland region. Her role involves advising tenants, landlords, and investment groups on real estate matters.

“The commercial real estate brokerage work is ultra-competitive and a high-stress environment. It is imperative that we have the right values and culture in place to make our workplace more desirable than our competitors. We continue to attract strong people because they see our culture and share our values.” said Allan Riorda, SIOR, president, and principal of Lee & Associates | Maryland.
