French Pharma Relocates HQ to Secaucus with 25K-SF Lease 

Pierre Fabre Laboratories has leased 25,000 square feet at 500 Plaza Dr. in Secaucus, N.J., managed by Manulife US REIT. Pierre Fabre will relocate its headquarters from Parsippany, N.J., to the new space in Q2 2024.  

Built in 1985 and renovated in 2015, 500 Plaza Dr. a 466,496-square-foot property, features WiredScore Platinum digital connectivity and Fitwel and BOMA 360 certifications. The property offers upgraded HVAC, parking, conference, and fitness facilities. The fully built-out space will feature amenities like a pantry, coffee lounge, collaborative space, and an outdoor patio.  

JLL’s David Stifelman and Timothy Greiner represented Manulife US REIT, while Pierre Fabre was represented by Cushman & Wakefield. Other tenants in the building include Children’s Place, Quest Diagnostics and Hartz Mountain Industries.
