Mesirow Adds Real Estate Investment Veteran as Managing Director

Chicago-based financial services firm Mesirow has appointed Justin Maturo as a managing director in its Institutional Real Estate Investments business. Maturo will manage all aspects of the acquisition process, including managing, sourcing, financial analysis, due diligence, financing and underwriting procedures. 

Previously, Maturo was a managing director and principal of investments at Magnolia Capital, where he co-managed the investments team and was involved in more than $1.5 billion of multifamily transactions. Before Magnolia Capital, he was an SVP at Waterton, where he participated in approximately $2 billion of multifamily transactions, including debt and equity investments.
