CIM Opens Apartments in LA’s West Adams Neighborhood

CIM Group has opened The Jayne, a 69-unit, six-story apartment building with six units designated as affordable and approximately 5,453 square feet of ground-floor retail. It’s located at 2555 S. Mansfield Ave. in the West Adams neighborhood of Los Angeles.

The Jayne is an infill housing development bringing new apartments to the West Adams neighborhood, which offers a mix of historic buildings and established businesses alongside entrepreneurs that have chosen the area to launch new dining, retail and entertainment concepts. It features studio and one-bedroom floorplans, many with balconies, and all with contemporary design elements, flooring and fixtures and in-unit laundry.

The property is near public transportation options and offers convenient access to Downtown Los Angeles, Santa Monica, and the Westside, Culver City, Beverly Hills and Hollywood, due to its proximity to the 10 Freeway and the Metro light rail system.
