NAIDB Announces 57K SF of NJ Industrial Leases 

NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co. (NAIDB) has facilitated two industrial lease agreements totaling 57,000 SF in Union and Somerset County, N.J. In Kenilworth, NAIDB represented the landlord in a 42,000 SF lease with Timeless Treasures Fabrics of Soho, LLC, while in Somerset, they represented H.N. International Group in a 15,000 SF lease at 72 Veronica Ave.  

The Kenilworth property at 3 Mark Rd. offers 38,000 SF of warehouse space, 4,000 SF of office space, and amenities including loading docks and high ceilings. NAIDB is marketing an adjacent 30,000-SF parking lot for lease.  

In Somerset, the leased space at 72 Veronica Ave. is part of the Franklin Technical Center and offers H.N. International Group flexibility for their wholesale home-textiles operations. NAIDB, based in Woodbridge and a member of NAI Global, specializes in various property sectors across New Jersey.
