Graystone Promotes Net Lease Specialist to First VP

Graystone Capital Advisors, an investment sales brokerage headquartered in Newport Beach, promoted Florida-based Shannon Bona to first VP. Bona joined Graystone Capital Advisors in 2021 and since has been a top producing agent.

Bona is the broker of record for both Florida and Connecticut and, together with partner Julius Swolsky, leads Graystone’s net lease team’s growth nationwide. With more than a decade of experience, she has closed nearly $1 billion in commercial sales during her career.

She specializes in investment sales of shopping centers and net lease assets, with specific expertise in sale leasebacks, 1031 exchanges, and managing developer and institutional client relationships. Through fortifying strong relationships, Bona has partnered with a wide variety of real estate owners, such as REITs, private equity funds, high net-worth individuals, family offices and developers.

Brenton Baskin, managing director at Graystone, said, “Because of her experience, and work ethic, she brings a service level to her clients that cannot be matched. She’s a leader within the firm and we look forward to many more years of continued success and growth throughout the country.”
