Convene Expands 23K-SF Midtown Office

Convene has expanded its Midtown presence with the addition of the entire sixth floor at 360 Madison Avenue, growing its venue to nearly 68,000 square feet. The new space is set to open in Q4 2024.

The expansion will offer various meeting rooms, including a boardroom and event spaces, along with gallery areas for networking. The fourth and fifth floors, currently etc.venues, will transition to Convene-branded venues in Q1 2025.

“Midtown Manhattan continues to be an incredibly strong market for Convene; our venues in the area, including 360 Madison Avenue, have witnessed nearly 50% increase in demand year-over-year,” said Brian Holland, head of real estate at Convene. “With meeting and event spaces emerging as a core tenant of modern workplace strategies, the opportunity for contiguous expansion at this location allows Convene to thoughtfully grow our footprint in New York City while allowing us to serve our clients and their ongoing needs.”
