Vestar Signs Ulta Beauty at El Cajon Lifestyle Center

Vestar’s Rancho San Diego Towne Center, a lifestyle shopping center at 2891 Jamacha Rd. in El Cajon, signed a lease with Ulta Beauty, the nation’s largest beauty retailer. The new 12,000-square-foot store, expected to open later this month, will be located near Crumbl Cookies and Star Nails.

“The addition of a top national tenant like Ulta Beauty to our retail lineup is a clear sign that we are listening to what our shoppers want and filling a void in the market,” said Dana Duncan, senior property manager, Rancho San Diego Towne Center. “The new Ulta Beauty location will be a strong complement to our existing health and beauty shops as well as a significant advantage for local shoppers looking for their favorite beauty brands across a variety of price points and categories.”

Brokers for Ulta Beauty weren’t identified. Vestar’s Rick Hearn oversees leasing on behalf of ownership. Anchor tenants at the center include Target, Albertsons and Regal Cinemas.
