Century Casinos Opens Riverview Hotel in Missouri
Century Casinos, Inc., has opened its latest hotel, The Riverview, in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. The new 69-room hotel is adjacent to the Century Casino and Hotel Cape Girardeau casino locations.
The Riverview is a six-story building with 68,000 square feet that cost $30.5 million and was financed with cash on hand. The hotel features spa services and is also home to a pair of restaurants in Beacon 53 and the more casual Red Star Grill. The new property is near Southeast Missouri State University and is located 100 miles from St. Louis and 150 miles from Memphis.
Century Casinos is also constructing a new land-based casino with a 38-room hotel in Caruthersville, Missouri. The project continues to be on time and on budget, with an estimated project cost of $51.9 million.
