Big Ray’s Steaks Signs New Lease in Hamilton
Fennelly Associates has negotiated a 1,250-square-foot retail lease at Briarwood Shopping Village in Hamilton Township, NJ, bringing the property to full occupancy. Jerry Fennelly and Patrick Dintrone represented the owner, Briarwood Equities, LLC, in the transaction with the tenant, Big Ray’s Steaks, Subs and Wings.
Big Ray’s Steaks, Subs and Wings is an American restaurant with locations in Florence, N.J., and Bristol, PA. The restaurant provides dine-in, take-out, delivery, and corporate catering services.
Briarwood Shopping Village is a 25,000-square-foot retail center located at the intersection of Kuser Road and Yardville Hamilton Square Road. The property hosts tenants including Nail Studios 609, Padrino’s Italian Bistro and Pizzeria, and Hamilton United Martial Arts Academy. The shopping center offers 175 on-site surface parking spaces and prominent signage. Fennelly Associates has been the exclusive broker for Briarwood Shopping Village for over 35 years, leasing over 5,000 square feet in the past year.
